Polak potencjalnym zwycięzcą World Press Cartoon OEIRAS 2026 ?
Organizatorzy 19th Edition World Press Cartoon OEIRAS 2026 (Portugalia) uchylili rąbka tajemnicy na temat zwycięzców tej edycji konkursu. W gronie rysowników docenionych przez jury jest też artysta (artyści ?) z Polski. Ponadto w gronie laureatów znaleźli się karykaturzyści z Argentyny, Bułgarii, Kolumbii, Kuby, Niemiec, Grecji, Iranu, Włoch, Portugalii i Serbii.

Przypominamy, że w dotychczasowej historii tego konkursu laureatami było czterech Polaków. W pierwszej edycji, w roku 2005, pierwszą nagrodę w kategorii rysunku humorystycznego zdobył Janusz Kapusta. Kolejnym laureatem był w roku 2011 Paweł Kuczyński, który został nagrodzony 2 nagrodą w kategorii rysunku prasowego. Taką samą nagrodę wywalczył Kuczyński w ubiegłym roku. W roku 2019 wyróżnieniem została uhonorowana w kategorii rysunku prasowego praca Krzysztofa Grzondziela, a w roku 2022 w tej samej kategorii 3 nagrodą została nagrodzona praca Zygmunta Zaradkiewicza.
Who will be the big winner of the 19th Edition World Press Cartoon OEIRAS 2026?
World Press Cartoon 19th edition will take place, in the Autumn of 2026, once again in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, in the municipality of Oeiras.
The internacional jury met at the Palácio Anjos in Algés, Oeiras, between July 8th and 12th, and the works to be exhibited and published in the catalogue were selected.
The international jury was composed (from left to right) of Alain Faillat, Thierry Vissol, Siri Dokken, Marzio Mariani and António Antunes.
The event’s 10 trophies were awarded, including the Grand Prix WPC Oeiras 2026.
The winning works, and those receiving honourable mentions, come from Argentina, Bulgaria, Colombia, Cuba, Germany, Greece, Iran, Italy, Poland, Portugal and Serbia.
The results will be announced on October 15th, 2026, at a ceremony in Oeiras and simultaneously published on this website.
